You Look Like A Singer! 65 Years Of Ricky Garton plus Dave Amos and Pete Caban It all began for iconic Perth rocker Ricky Garton back in the late 1950's, when two guys approached him and asked if he would like to sing in their group. Ricky was a bit surprised by this as he had never sung a note in a band before but they told the handsome teenager that they thought he looked like a singer! So Ricky joined the Teenbeats with Andy Patterson and Ronnie Mulligan and since then he’s never looked back, performing his catalogue of rock and roll classics regularly for each of the next seven decades! When the Teenbeats split a couple of years later he joined The Cyclones, who cut their teeth in the clubs of Germany like so many British beat boom bands of the time. Ricky and his current band, The Breakers, will lead you on a musical journey through his incredible career, accompanied by some of the many musicians who have been part of that story. Classic songs from the golden era of rock and roll in the 50s and 60s will form the backbone of what promises to be an unforgettable celebration of Perth’s very own Elvis. £19.50 (inc £2.50 booking fee per ticket)
